Robert Carmack is a television and stills food stylist of several decades experience. He is author of five cookbooks, and his latest “The Burma Cookbook” won first prize for Best Asian cookbook of the year at World Gourmand Cookbook Awards in Shandong China in 2015. (He is also author of Thai, Vietnamese and Fondue volumes.) Robert is based in Cambodia, travelling regularly for stylist jobs around the Asia Pacific region. He tours regularly in the United States giving cooking demonstrations and lectures at cooking schools. Featured speaker at the inaugural Kampot Writers & Readers Festival last season, his next guest presentation is at the Bangkok Edge Festival in mid February. Robert is a grand diploma graduate of Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris.
